Text Tools: remove empty or duplicate lines from text, shuffle lines randomly, sort lines and so on

When this tool can come in handy?

When you make/generate any kind of lists, for example, lists of keywords for websites SEO or contextual advertising, and you can need to clean lists from duplicates, to sort them alphabetically etc.
When you grabbed something, like keywords from websites, and in the result you have keywords and some blank lines, which you need to remove.
When you copied from Excel multi lines data, pasted it somewhere and so?) Right, there are a lot of empty lines and whitespace characters in the beginning/end of every line - kill them all with our tool :)
If you have any list, for example, list of logins or IDs, and you need to choose few random lines from it to get winners in lottery etc.
When you have some text, which you need to clean from HTML-tags or from lines with any "forbidden" characters/substrings.

- New text editing tools:
  - flip line order / reverse words in lines / backwards letters in words / backwards letters in strings;
  - keep lines with length more than specified (i.e. delete lines shorter than specified);
  - keep lines contained specified substring (i.e. delete lines that doesn't contain specified substring).
